Thank you for your interest in our pre-order or for placing your order. We truly appreciate your support. Please take a moment to read and understand the policy below. This helps us manage made-to-order production and continue delivering high-quality products.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you request to cancel your pre-order within two weeks of placing the order.
50% Refund: If you choose to cancel your pre-order after the initial two-week period but at least two weeks before the expected shipping date, a 50% refund of the total purchase price will be issued.
No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the 50% refund period has elapsed.
DELIVERY & DUTIES
I acknowledge and accept that my pre-order is scheduled for delivery after October 2025. I understand that I am responsible for any additional charges that may arise, including customs duties, import taxes, or other fees incurred during shipment.
