Thank you for your interest in our pre-order. Please take a moment to read and understand the policy below. This helps us manage made-to-order production and continue delivering high-quality products.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Full Refund: Cancellation within two weeks of placing the order.
Partial Refund: After two weeks, the production deposit (50%) becomes non-refundable.
No Refund: Once production has begun, the order is fully non-refundable.
DELIVERY & DUTIES
I acknowledge and accept that my pre-order is scheduled for delivery after September 2026. Delivery timing is subject to change, and I agree to be responsible for any additional charges, including customs duties, import taxes, or other fees incurred during shipment.
