Thank you for your interest in our pre-order. Please take a moment to read and understand the policy below. This helps us manage made-to-order production and continue delivering high-quality products.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Full Refund: Cancellation within two weeks of placing the order.
Partial Refund: After two weeks, the production deposit (50%) becomes non-refundable.
No Refund: Once production has begun, the order is fully non-refundable.
DELIVERY & DUTIES
I acknowledge and accept that my pre-order is scheduled for delivery around September 2026. I understand that delivery timing may change and that I am responsible for any additional charges that may arise, including customs duties, import taxes, or other fees incurred during shipment.
